Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1993, the duty on: (1) meta nitro para toluidine; (2) naphthalic imide; and (3) aceto acet 5 amino benzamidazolone. Extends, through December 31, 1993, the existing suspension of duty on p-Nitro-o-toluidine.
