Summary
Tohono O'odham Religious Area Restoration Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to take Baboquivari Peak Wilderness lands in trust for the Tohono O'odham Nation as part of its reservation. Requires the Nation to: (1) agree to manage the land subject to National Wilderness Preservation System requirements; and (2) permit the same public access to and use of such land as was permitted by the Bureau of Land Management, except that the Nation may manage such use and access as necessary to facilitate the Nation's religious and cultural uses of such land and resources.
