Summary
Commission on American Government Act - Establishes the Commission on American Government to study the organization and operation of Federal agencies and to recommend improvements therein. Requires the Commission to make such interim reports as it deems necessary and a final report not later than 30 months after the appointment of all Commission members. Terminates the Commission 90 days after the submission of its final report.
