Summary
Weatherization Assistance Act - Instructs the Secretary of Energy to establish a program of assistance to states for consultations about weatherization and energy efficiency of residences and small businesses. Declares a state eligible for such assistance if it receives funding under the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981. Limits residential consultations under the assistance program to those for which the household income does not exceed 200% of the state median income for households of the same size. Authorizes appropriations for FY2007-2011.
