Subjects such conveyance to the condition that Leon County accept such real property in its "as is" condition at the time of conveyance. Requires: (1) the exact acreage and legal description of the property to be conveyed to be determined by a survey that is satisfactory to the Attorney General, and (2) the cost of such survey to be borne by Leon County.
