A bill to amend chapter 15 of title 38, United States Code, to provide for the payment of a pension of $125 per month to World War I veterans, subject to a $2,400 and $3,600 annual-income limitation, to provide that retirement income such as social security shall not be counted as income, to provide that such pension shall be increased by 10 percent where the veterans served overseas during World War I.
