Summary
Loan Applicant Privacy Protection Act - Prohibits proposed revisions by the Board of Governors to the Code of Federal Regulations that would allow the race, color, religion, national origin, or sex of an applicant for a nonmortgage credit product to be noted on the application. States that if such revision is prescribed in final form before the date of enactment of this Act, it shall cease to be effective as of such date. Prohibits the Board from proposing any other regulation that would have substantially the same effect as the proscribed regulation unless specifically authorized to do so by Federal law enacted after the date of enactment of this Act.
