Summary

Declares that the Southern Pacific Transportation Company has abandoned specified lands which formed part of the right-of-way granted by the United States to the Central Pacific Railway Company. Disclaims all Federal interest in such property in favor of Alameda County, California. Authorizes such county to use the property as provided for in the highway laws of California. Reserves to the United States all mineral rights in such lands.
