Summary
Establishes in the Treasury the BLM Salvage Timber Sale Fund to be made available without further appropriation to the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, for: (1) planning, preparing, and administering salvage timber sales; and (2) site preparation, reforestation, and other forest development activities required on sites where salvage timber harvesting was conducted. Authorizes appropriations.
