Summary

Provides that all military, economic, or other assistance, all sales of defense articles and services, all sales of agricultural commodities, and all licenses with respect to the transportation of arms, ammunition, and the implements of war (including technical data) to the Government of India shall be suspended until India becomes a party to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
