Authorizes the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration to make grants under the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, to cities for improved street lighting to pay for up to 80 percent of the cost of projects for such lighting. Authorizes appropriations of $50,000,000 for fiscal year 1974, and for each of the next two fiscal years to carry out the provisions of this Act.
