Summary
Prohibits the alteration of stream-beds by a federally directed or financed construction project unless it is first determined that such construction will not harm wildlife resources and water resources. Provides that such determination be made by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of the Interior, and the head of the State wherein the particular wildlife resources are involved. Repeals the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act. (Repeals 16 U.S.C. 1008).
