Summary
Designates the Indian Mounds Wilderness within and as part of the Sabine National Forest, Texas. Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to file a map and a legal description of such Wilderness with the appropriate Congressional committees as soon as practicable, and declares such description to have the same force and effect as if included in this Act.
