Summary

Customs Paperwork Reduction Act - Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to impose a customs tariff of ten percent rather than any other rates on merchandise imported for personal or household use, or as gifts. Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to increase the value of merchandise which may be imported under regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury and requires submission of a statement when the value of such merchandise exceeds $250.
