Summary
Federal Reserve Board of Directors Act - Amends the Federal Reserve Act to increase the size of the boards of directors of Federal Reserve banks from 9 to 12 members. Increases the term of office for such directors from three to four years. Directs that the initial appointees to the positions created by this Act serve until December 31, 1981.
