Summary
Federal Disaster Consumer Protection Act - Amends the Fair Credit Reporting Act to prohibit a consumer reporting agency from making any consumer report containing any reference to a late payment that was due solely to a disruption caused by a declared disaster for which the agency received specified notice. Sets forth procedures for striking adverse information due to declared disasters.
