Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the Tucson Unified School District certain federal lands that are directly adjacent to the District's Hohokam School and would be a valuable addition to the school's playground area. Requires the Secretary to convey to the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona certain federal lands consisting of no more than 10 acres that are surrounded on all sides by lands not owned in fee by the United States for its own benefit. Directs the Secretary to convey two additional specified parcels of federal land to the Tribe once the Tucson Unified School District abandons its possessory interest in the parcels. (The first parcel is surrounded on all sides by lands not owned in fee by the United States for its own benefit and the second is wholly within the 100-year flood plain of the Black Wash.)
