Directs the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) identify and report to specified congressional committees on potential means to preserve and interpret the cultural resources in the Northern Frontier associated with the American Revolution; and (2) propose alternatives for cooperation in the preservation and interpretation of such resources. Authorizes appropriations.
