Summary
Amends the Federal judicial code to allow each: (1) U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, the Southern District of New York, or the Eastern District of New York to reside within 50 (currently, 20) miles of the district for which he or she is appointed; and (2) assistant U.S. attorney for any district to reside within 50 miles of that district.
