Summary
Provides for the suspension until September 1, 1980, of annual assessment work which requires that not less than $100 worth of labor performed or improvements aggregating such amount each year on mining claims in the United States. Requires the holders of such mining claims to file annually a notice indicating that the claimant desires to continue to hold the claim.
