Summary

Depository Institutions Interstate Branching Reform Act of 1992 - Amends Federal banking law, the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, the Home Owners' Loan Act, and the International Banking Act of 1978 to authorize interstate branching by national banks, State nonmember insured banks, Federal and State savings associations, and foreign banks, subject to the law of the State in which such branches are to be located and to Federal bank capitalization requirements.
