Authorizes the President to present, in the name of the Congress, a gold medal to the Connecticut Afro-American Historical Society in recognition of the great achievements of the late Matthew Alexander Henson in the company of Admiral Robert E. Perry in the discovery of the North Pole. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to strike such medal as well as bronze duplicates thereof for sale.
