Emergency Jobs and Special Unemployment Assistance Amendments - Extends the authorization for carrying out title VI of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973 for two additional years. Regulates the administration of the public employment programs authorized by titles II and VI of such Act. Authorizes an additional 13 weeks of special unemployment assistance under title II of the Emergency Jobs and Unemployment Assistance Act of 1974.
