Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to apply any antidumping or countervailing duty order issued under the trade relief provisions of the Tariff Act of 1930 with respect to foreign grown pistachio nuts (classified under the Tariff Schedules of the United States) regardless of whether: (1) such nuts are shelled or otherwise processed before importation into the United States; or (2) such processing results in the nuts being treated under the customs laws as a foreign product.
