Summary
Amends the Export Administration Act of 1979 to repeal restrictions on the export of Alaskan North Slope oil. Provides that exports of such oil shall: (1) be transported in U.S. documented vessels (if initially transported by pipeline over a specified right-of-way); and (2) not be subject to restrictions contained in other specified Acts.
