Summary

DHS Human Trafficking Prevention Act of 2016 This bill directs the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to issue a directive to DHS personnel concerning: how to identify and record information regarding individuals suspected or convicted of human trafficking that, in addition to their names, may include other personally identifiable information; and practices to enhance DHS information collaboration regarding such individuals. DHS shall ensure the integration of its information technology systems utilized to record and track such information.
