Summary
Amends the Demonstration Cities Metropolitan Development Act of 1966 to direct the Secretary of Defense to provide assistance, under provisions relating to acquisition of certain residential property at or near military bases which have been ordered to be closed, to certain Federal employees or military personnel with respect to Coast Guard bases and installations ordered to be closed, in whole or in part, after January 1, 1987. Directs the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating to reimburse the Secretary of Defense for expenditures under this Act. Directs both Secretaries to enter into an agreement regarding the reimbursement.
