Summary
Amends the National Marine Sanctuaries Act to establish as a charitable nonprofit corporation the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation to: (1) solicit and designate official sponsors of the national marine sanctuary program (program) or of any individual sanctuary; (2) authorize the manufacture, reproduction, or other use of program symbols; (3) create, market, and sell products to promote the program; and (4) solicit contributions for the manufacture, reproduction, or use of the program symbols.
