Summary

San Antonio Missions National Historical Park Leasing and Boundary Expansion Act of 2010 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to study lands within Bexar and Wilson Counties in Texas, to identify lands that would be suitable for inclusion in the San Antonio Missions National Historical Park. Authorizes the Secretary to enter into, with a nonprofit, or state or local governmental agency: (1) a lease agreement for office space outside the boundary of the Park for a headquarters and operational support building for the Park; and (2) in conjunction with an authorized lease for the headquarters, agreements for the construction, management, or both, of a research and education center. Modifies the boundary of the Park to include approximately 151 acres of additional land, as identified on the map entitled "San Antonio Missions National Historical Park Proposed Boundary Addition 2009," dated November 2009.
