Summary
Amends the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 to permit persons to bring certain suits under such Act in Federal district courts without regard to whether any proceedings have been commenced by or on behalf of such persons under State law. Prohibits persons commencing such State proceedings from bringing such a suit for 60 days after such commencement, unless such proceedings have been terminated earlier.
