Summary
Prohibits commercial flights by supersonic aricraft into or over the United States until findings are made by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency and by the Secretary of Transportation (1) with respect to the physiological and psychological effects of such flights on persons on the ground and (2) that supersonic flights meet all noise, environmental, and safety standards imposed under the Federal Aviation Act of 1958.
