To amend the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to define good cause to include demonstrating facts sufficient to show victimization by sexual harassment in violation of title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, for the purpose of determining whether voluntarily quitting a job results in a failure to satisfy the work requirement applicable under section 6(d)(1)(A)(v) of such Act.
