Summary
Increases to not less than one year nor more than ten years the minimum sentence imposed as an additional penalty upon persons convicted of committing a felony with, or while carrying, an unlawful firearm. Increases to not less than five years nor more than twenty-five years the minimum sentence for a second or subsequent violation. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 924(a))
