Summary
Baylee's Law - Amends the Public Buildings Act of 1959 to direct the Administrator of the General Services Administration: (1) before the enrollment of any child in a childcare facility located in a public building under the Administrator's control, to provide to the child's parents or guardians a notice identifying the current tenants in the building and the building's designated level of security; and (2) to notify the child's parents or guardians if any new Federal tenant is scheduled to take occupancy in such building. Requires the Administrator to notify parents or guardians of a serious threat that could affect the safety and security of children enrolled in such a childcare facility. Requires the Administrator: (1) to report to Congress on such childcare facilities, including an assessment of and recommendations for enhancing the level of safety and security of enrolled children; and (2) in conducting such an assessment, to examine the windows and interior furnishings to determine whether adequate measures have been implemented to protect children against the dangers associated with a natural disaster or terrorist attack.
