Summary
States that the term "urbanized area" (for purposes of apportionment of funds to urbanized areas for urban mass transportation projects under the Urban Mass Transportation Act) means either an area encompassing the entire urbanized area of a State as determined by the Bureau of Census or an area containing cities with a combined population of more than 50,000 where there exists an officially coordinated or unified metropolitan system providing mass transit services on an areawide basis.
