Summary
Amends the National Park Service Concessions Management Improvement Act of 1998 to: (1) raise the gross annual receipt ceilings for National Park Service concessions contracts for which the Secretary of the Interior may grant a preferential right of renewal; and (2) prohibit applying a preferential right of renewal to concessioners that hold at least five such contracts or have aggregate gross annual receipts of $25 million or more from such contracts.
