Summary

Mineral Patent Public Right-To-Know Act of 1994 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior, upon request, to disclose fully: (1) all information submitted by a patent applicant for a mining claim or mill site; and (2) all information developed by either the Bureau of Land Management or the Forest Service as part of its evaluation of the validity of such mining claim or mill site. Prohibits the Secretary from issuing a mining claim or mill site patent until opportunity for hearing and public comment.
