Summary
Creates for the judicial system of Guam, under the provisions of the Organic Act of Guam, a system consisting of the District Court of Guam, the Supreme Court, the Superior Court, and such other courts as may be establihsed by the Legislature of Guam. Authorizes such Legislature to provide for the rules of procedure, qualifications, and tenure of justices in such courts. Sets forth the jurisdiction of the Courts covered by this Act. Provides for the appointment of the justices of such Courts.
