Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to: (1) reliquidate specified entries of steel wire rods at the deposit rate; and (2) refund duties paid in excess of such rate, including interest from the date of entry, if the importer of such entries files a request for such a refund with the U.S. Customs Service within 90 days.
