Summary
Amends Federal bankruptcy law with respect to a debtor's discharge to prescribe guidelines under which a court that enters an order confirming a reorganizaton plan may issue an injunction to supplement the injunctive effect of a discharge. Permits the court to issue a supplemental injunction which enjoins persons and governmental units from taking legal action to recover a claim that under the plan of reorganization is to be paid by a trust formed pursuant to the plan, except as the injunction or plan expressly allows.
