Summary
Cutting Useless and Redundant Bureaucrats (CURB) Act This bill specifies that if a law is enacted requiring an executive branch agency to consolidate or eliminate a program or project, then the agency must: (1) identify the number of agency full-time employees who worked on or administered the eliminated or consolidated program, (2) reduce its workforce by that number of full-time employees, and (3) report to Congress on the workforce reduction.
