Summary
Amends the Federal Insectide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act to require any producer, seller, exporter, distributor, commercial applicator, or testing facility which has in its possession a canceled or suspended pesticide to notify the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the appropriate State and local officials of the quantity and location of such pesticide. Authorizes the EPA to inspect such storage facilities.
