Summary
Amends the employment and training benefits for disabled and Vietnam era veterans to expand readjustment appointments in the Federal Government for Vietnam era veterans up to and including the GS-11 level through FY 1987 (currently up to and including GS-7 through FY 1984). Directs the Office of Personnel Management to publish at least annually rather than semiannually a report on the implementation of such program. Requires that information in such report be broken down according to: (1) all veterans; (2) all Vietnam era veterans entitled to disability compensation or disabled; and (3) all other veterans.
