Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to grant, within the County of York, Virginia, perpetual assessments or a fee simple interest in land (including any improvements or structures) to York County, without reimbursement, charge, or fee, subject to such conditions determined to be necessary for the protection of Federal interests and for rights-of-way through, over, or under the Colonial National Historical Park lands, for the purpose of operating a sewage disposal system. Authorizes the Secretary to acquire specified lands to be included within the boundaries of Colonial National Historical Park. Authorizes appropriations.
