Summary

Biomedical Innovation Expansion Act of 2019 This bill expands and reauthorizes through FY2030 the National Institutes of Health innovation projects, which include the (1) All of Us Research Programs, (2) Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies (BRAIN) Initiative, (3) Cancer Moonshot research, and (4) Regenerative Medicine Innovation Project. The bill also provides new funding for antimicrobial resistance research and for the research of rare diseases or conditions.
