Commission on Servicemembers and Veterans Transition Assistance Improvement Act of 1997 - Amends the Veterans' Benefits Improvement Act of 1996 to require the entire Commission on Servicemembers and Veterans Transition Assistance (currently, only specified members of such Commission) to review programs intended to assist members of the armed forces at the time of their separation from military service, including programs designed to assist families of such members.
