Jeremy and Julia's Law - Prohibits a child day care provider in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce from: (1) knowingly making any false representation regarding the care, the provider, or an employee to a parent or guardian considering the placement of a child in the care of that provider or to a law enforcement officer, thereby placing a child's safety or health at substantial risk; and (2) recklessly causing serious bodily injury.
