Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) determine the extent and value of the nontribal interest ownership of the subsurface rights, including mineral rights, within the boundaries of the Acoma Indian Reservation; (2) negotiate and complete an exchange of such interests of willing sellers for interests in Federal land of approximately the same value in New Mexico that is identified by the Bureau of Land Management as available for disposal; and (3) place acquired interests into trust for the Pueblo of Acoma.
