Summary
Radioactive Waste Repository Restriction Act - Restricts the location of permanent radioactive waste repositories to land that, on or before October 14, 1981, is owned by the Federal Government and is used as a permanent radioactive waste storage site or a nuclear weapon test site. Prohibits the Secretary of Energy from recommending or approving sites in densely populated areas for the location of permanent radioactive waste repositories.
