A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to provide that whoever kills any officer or employee of the Tennessee Valley Authority assigned to perform investigative, inspection, or law enforcement functions, while engaged in the performance of his official duties, shall be punished as provided under sections 1111 and 1112 of title 18.
